Hawaii State Department of Land and Natural Resources is now requiring a "Right of Entry" permit for commercial weddings taking place on all state unencumbered land (see http:/hawaii.gov/dlnr/land/forms-l/forms). Even as this new ruling puts a damper on those hoping for a sweet and simple sacred beach wedding, rest assured there are lots more exotic and sacred locations island wide to choose from. Rev.
