| about Rev. Terry ... Mother of six and grandmother of seven, was born and raised in Hawaii, yet lived on the East Coast, West Coast and in between in Nevada and Arizona. After years of searching and studying, she had come to realize the power of prayer and the power of blessings and in 1992 was eventually ordained in Oakland, California. Being a Hawaii Licensed Non-denominational Minister, she has officiated in many Big Island weddings, Spiritual Commitment Ceremonies, Vow Renewals, Christenings, as well as Funerals. Her favorite, of course, are the smaller and more intimate ceremonies. She strongly believes that the linking and connection of two souls is a very sacred thing and is more often taken for granted than revered. This is deeply heartfelt in her personally written ceremonies. Her avid life interests of alternative medicine and energy healing has led her to the study and practice of various healing modalities, which she found when integrated with Scientific Affirmative Prayer, proved to be most powerful and effective. More importantly, she found love to be the most powerful healing agent in the universe. She loves working with flowers and lei making and has done many weddings, proms, graduations, and even sympathy floral arrangements. Needless to say, included in her complete and affordable wedding packages are beautiful tropical and traditional flowers personally made with love by her. As an aspiring Professional Photographer, she's currently studying under the New York Institute of Photography which only compliments and completes her own wedding packages. Hence most of the photos throughout this web site were taken by her. |

To many people, a wedding brings to mind pomp and circumstance. To us it means deep sentiments, common spirituality, and commitment. This is why the wedding, presided over by the Reverend Terry, was nothing short of perfect. On July 14, 2007, Reverend Terry conducted a simple but moving wedding ceremony uniting us in holy matrimony. The locale was a palm grove at the City of Refuge, an idyllic spot immensely suitable for the exchanging of vows that took place there. The words spoken by Reverend Terry preceding our reciprocal vows were well chosen to reflect the solemnity of the occasion and the locale. Her flower arrangements also complemented the setting and contributed no little to an aura of communion with nature and elevated all those present to a spiritual plane.
